National Field Sales Manager

Bonbonetti Kft, leading company in sales in the confectionary market (FMCG), is seeking the appropriate candidate.

You responsibilities will be:

  • Maximise revenue by concentrating on highest potential stores (Local + International Chains). Maximise in-store time, minimise travel time
  • Increase efficiency

& PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

  • Setting targets and tracking of the KPIs for the team
  • Supervising the implementation of the monthly sales targets
  • Coach, motivate and supervise sales team
  • Implement, track and follow up on monthly activity sales operational targets
  • Preparing and implementing development plans
  • Participating in the weekly sales meetings;
  • Keep contact with other departments during the daily operation

Requirements and professional competencies

  • 2-3 years of Sales experience
  • High analytical skills for strategy development, business planning and decision planning
  • Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Driving license (B)
  • Intermediate English is a must
