Bonbonetti Kft., leading company in the sales of the confectionary market (FMCG), is seeking the appropriate candidate.
The overall purpose of the position is to support the daily tasks of the CEO and organizing the office work conditions for the employees by coordinating and preparing the respective rules and conditions.
Your main tasks will be:
- Maintenance, development and keeping up-to-date all internal policies and procedure
- Be the main contact person as well as a budget holder of the Lease Plan (Cars) and Office Budget.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and provide general support to visitors
- Arrange booking of meeting rooms
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Occasionally translate documents and interpret during meetings (English, Hungarian languages)
- Register and forward incoming and outgoing post
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, distribution of vouchers, arranging interviews and so on
- Organize domestic and foreign business trips (traveling, accommodation, insurance)
- Occasional projects: e.g. organization of corporate events
- Organizing induction programs for newcomers
Apply if You:
- have at least secondary school certificate
- speak Hungarian fluently and English at least on Upper-Intermediate level
- are familiar with MS Office
- have friendly and positive personality
- are good at organizing and have great problem-solving skills
- are reliable, self-sufficient and accurate
Advantage but not mandatory:
- High School degree
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar
- Shorthand typing
- If you speak Russian or Ukrainian
