Regional Account Manager

Functional responsibilities:

  • To keep contact with Local Trade partners and Wholesalers in Hungary;
  • To lead and support annual and seasonal negotiations;
  • To keep / build strong relationship with clients;
  • To identify new business and growth opportunities;
  • To maximise revenue by concentrating on specified regional opportunities;
  • To give feedback regularly to partners regarding their performance;
  • To keep contact with other departments during the daily operation;

Requirements and professional competencies:

  • Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or Marketing related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in account management related position (FMCG is an advantage)
  • English knowledge and valid driver’s license is a must
  • Proficient in Outlook and MS Office programs
  • Ability to work with autonomy and within a team
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to inspire enthusiasm in others
  • High analytical skills for strategy development, business planning and decision planning
  • Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage objections with diplomacy and pursue “win-win” outcomes
